Troubleshooting - empty browser cache

Follow the instructions for your browser below.

Emptying the cache in Internet Explorer 7:
  1. From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
  2. Select Delete... in the 'Browsing history' section
  3. Click the Delete files button in the Temporary Internet Files section
  4. Click Yes to accept

Emptying the cache in Internet Explorer 6:
  1. From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
  2. Select Delete Files in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
  3. Check the "Delete all offline content"
  4. Click OK to accept/exit (might take a while)

Emptying the cache in Firefox 3:
  1. From the browser menu, select Tools -> Clear Private Data....
  2. Select the Cache entry, deselect all other checkboxes
  3. Click Clear Private Data Now to accept/exit
