Troubleshooting - empty browser cache
Follow the instructions for your browser below.
Emptying the cache in Internet Explorer 7:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select Delete... in the 'Browsing history' section
- Click the Delete files button in the Temporary Internet Files section
- Click Yes to accept
Emptying the cache in Internet Explorer 6:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select Delete Files in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
- Check the "Delete all offline content"
- Click OK to accept/exit (might take a while)
Emptying the cache in Firefox 3:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Clear Private Data....
- Select the Cache entry, deselect all other checkboxes
- Click Clear Private Data Now to accept/exit
