Troubleshooting - cleaing cookies in browser
Follow the instructions for your browser below.
Clearing cookies in Internet Explorer 7:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select Delete... in the 'Browsing history' section
- Select Delete cookies... in the 'Cookies' section
- Confirm the action
- Click OK to accept/exit
Clearing cookies in Internet Explorer 6:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Internet Options....
- Select Delete Cookies... in the 'Temporary Internet files' section
- Confirm the action
- Click OK to accept/exit
Clearing cookies in Firefox 3:
- From the browser menu, select Tools -> Clear Private Data....
- Select the Cookies entry, deselect all other checkboxes
- Click Clear Private Data Now to accept/exit
